Welcome to Sunnyhaven Disability Services! We are a leading not-for-profit provider of Disability Services in St George and Sutherland Shire areas, with over 70 years of experience. Our team is dedicated to providing holistic support and high-quality services to people with different abilities, empowering 60 clients to achieve their full potential.

The Opportunity:
We now have the opportunity for a Site Coordinator to join our team full-time in St George and Sutherland areas of Sydney, NSW. You will guide and support our talented house staff in delivering exceptional services to our participants.
We pride ourselves on our creative and innovative programmes and are excited to find someone who shares our passion for delivering quality services. You will assist the Accommodation Manager and the Accommodation Team Leaders at each of our sites with the administration, recordkeeping and paperwork required to efficiently and compliantly operate our services.

You’ll be great in this role because:
With a Certificate IV in Disability Services or demonstrated disability service experience, you will have a strong foundation to excel in this role, bringing a deep knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Furthermore, you will have an NDIS Worker Clearance, Working with Children Check, Current First Aid certificate and an Open Drivers License.
You will have strong administration and recordkeeping skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of NDIS compliance. Working alongside our accommodation team, you will be collaborative and able to communicate with a wide variety of internal stakeholders.
Furthermore, you will possess the following attributes:
- Empathetic: show empathy towards the needs of people with disabilities.
- Organised: able to coordinate onsite accommodation services, complete relevant documentation accurately and on time, and implement care plans in consultation with carers and participants.
- Adaptable: able to identify and provide solutions to complex challenges, risks and barriers that face participants, working with stakeholders to manage challenges and ensure the best possible care and support for participants.
